The room wasn't your typical small downtown Chicago hotel room.
I thought we were going to have king size bed.

Very nice spacious room for downtown Chicago in a superb location. I thought it was magnificent by means of modernization.

Loved the contemporary decor and food.
Bed was a little uncomfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel for couples especially. It is very upscale. The rooms are beautiful as well as the roof top bar. I found it to be romantic. The bar staff and waiters / waitresses were extremely friendly and accommodating. Loved it! ...read more

Constant ambulance sirens all night .

The hotel was very modern, updated, and comfortable with lots of amenities and great service. However, the hospital is located right around the corner and every night you could hear ambulance sirens all night long.
